Kathy Johnson

Having over two decades of experience in banking and non-bank lending, Kathy is a subject matter expert on all forms of residential development, commercial, industrial, retail, retirement villages, hotels and resorts. Kathy has worked with a wide variety of investors and developers, as well as winning many awards for excellence in deal structuring and execution.

Kathy is a co-founder of Minerva Property, a networking group for female leaders in the property industry, and contributes to the industry as a Board member of the UDIA Victoria, a member of the Tax and Finance Committee for the UDIA Victoria, an ongoing mentor in the Property Council of Australia National Mentoring Program, and is a sponsor of the Property Council’s 500 Women in Property program.

Kathy was also awarded the 2021 Women in Leadership Award by the UDIA Victoria.

Jabin Henderson

Jabin Henderson has in excess of 20 years experience in structured real estate funding and direct property transactions within Australia and the USA. Jabin has held various senior and director level roles across the industry including that of State Manager and Director of Real Estate Structured Finance and licensed representative in California for Macquarie Group.

With an extensive background across commercial and investment banking, private equity and real estate development, Jabin’s experience encompasses a range of functions leading the origination, structuring and deal execution of numerous capital positions. With a focus on providing lateral and intelligent funding solutions, Jabin has a reputation for integrity and diligence with all clients and counterparties.

Actively involved in the property industry, Jabin is a mentor with the Property Council of Australia Mentoring Program, and a member of the Property Council Victorian Taxation Committee.

Jeremy Price

Jeremy has a strong background of over 10 years in Corporate and Commercial Banking having held Business Development focused positions at both CBA and ANZ across the Victorian and Queensland markets working with customers in the Property, Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Transport & Logistics Industries.

Based in the Queensland office of Yarraport, Jeremy delivers structuring, advisory and funding solutions across the full capital stack to the region.

Lyndsay Jamieson

Lyndsay has experience across real estate advisory, development and finance in the UK and Australia.

At UK’s Winchburgh Developments, she played a key role in co-ordinating and negotiating debt and equity funding to secure the future of the one of the UK’s largest residential developments.

At Bank of Scotland, Lyndsay drove debt and equity finance and restructuring across their real estate portfolio, and now applies her vast expertise at Yarraport.
