Yarraport was engaged as transaction manager and arranger for funding for construction of a premium hotel in the Sydney CBD.  The project involves retention of existing heritage building elements with new construction rising above.

Running the capital tender process on behalf of its clients – two highly regarded joint venture partners – Yarraport was able to source a structured debt facility providing highly competitive and cost effective funding.
