Yarraport was engaged to manage the existing project lending relationship by its client to facilitate funding of development of a townhouse project which formed part of a larger residential subdivision.

Given Yarraport’s expertise we were able to facilitate a more cost-effective funding solution, carving out the townhouse construction as a separate facility to the wider land subdivision. Yarraport’s role encompassed negotiating key terms and conditions of the facility as well as negotiating a better price for the client, and higher leverage than policy.
