Kathy Johnson wins UDIA Victoria Women in Leadership Excellence award sponsored by Kingfisher Advisory

Kathy Johnson has demonstrated outstanding leadership throughout an extensive career in property finance.

Throughout her time at CBA, Wingate and currently as Managing Director and Co-Founder at Yarraport, Kathy has demonstrated commitment to our industry and supporting female participation and mentorship.

Kathy leads with a strong vision, an inclusive approach and a strong sense of empathy. Her generosity with her time and experience has benefitted a range of mentees over the years and this is further evidenced by her role as a founding member of the successful Minerva Women’s Networking Group.

Kathy has lent her voice to effecting positive change through a number of industry forums including the UDIA’s Finance Committee. She remains focused and committed to supporting delivery of stock to market through funding solutions and providing education to up and coming developers.

‍Kathy is now a finalist in the 2021 UDIA National awards in the Women in Leadership category, to be held in May 2022 in Sydney.
